NHS NHS will meet on Tuesday, Sept. 1st, in the library during Homeroom. All members need to be present.
Congratulations XC Girls' cross-country team placed 5th at the Glenwood meet on Saturday! Top place winners: Ava O'Rourke - 7th, Lilly Mather - 10th, Susie Babe 18th. Boys Varsity placed 3rd overall with some great individual performances, Varsity top 20 Mason Sells - 9th Carter Buttry - 16th JV top 20 Landry Buttry - 11th Miles Hanisch - 13th PR races came from Mason, Landry, Miles, Leo Weber, Jonas Guttierrez, Jake Graham, and Henry Hanisch. Congrats Boys!
FFA FFA has the Concession Stand for the Football Game this Friday night. Any help would be appreciated from FFA Members, please talk to Mr. Morelock or Mr. Hennessy if you are available. The Davis Rodgers FFA Chapter is holding its first meeting of the year with a social in the Ag room on September 1st from 6 to 8 pm. All are encouraged to attend; you don't have to be an FFA member. Members are asked to bring a Side/Dessert For those FFA Members that want to attend the National FFA Convention, applications are by next Friday 9/4 at the end of the school day. Davis Rodgers FFA members that want to try their hand at some Career Development Events are encouraged to sign up for them outside of the Ag Classroom. This event will take place on Wednesday September 16th. Teams need to be signed up by the 7th of September.
Homecoming Homecoming Court voting will be happening soon! If you do not wish to be included on the ballot, please let me know as soon as possible so adjustments can be made before voting takes place.
